The Office of Academic Labor Relations develops and maintains the Academic Appointments Manual, which compiles and explains the various university policies, collective negotiations agreements, and procedures applicable to academic personnel.  The manual has been bookmarked to enable you to quickly jump to and within the relevant sections:

Please note, the Academic Appointments Manual applies only to appointments within legacy Rutgers University entities.  Questions relating to academic appointments within the legacy UMDNJ entities should be directed t othe appropriate dean or chancellor, or to the Office of Academic Labor Relations.
